The rates for rentals in the the low season (low season-mid April through September) are $55 to $95 per night per room, depending on room size and location. There will be discounts for longer stays.
 
The rates for rentals in the high season(October to mid April) are $95 to $135 per night per room, depending on room size and location. We do provide discounts for longer stays.
